1 Dish Meals! These are some of my "go-to" meals if I either don't have a lot of time to cook, or if I'm exhausted from a long day. Plus, each dish is delicious and filling.

Shrimp Pasta
Steak Stir-fry w/ veggies (carrots, onions, garlic, and green pepper) on top of white Jasmine rice
